The arrangement was an accurate rendition of the picture, and delivery time was excellent. I got it probably within 2-3 hours of having ordered it, and they even followed my silly request to ring the bell a certain way to signal it was the flowers. My one complaint is that I asked a message to be written on a card, albeit in Spanish, and they butchered it to the point where I don't know if I should laugh, cry, turn it into a meme, or what. I take that as lack of attention to detail. In all honesty I thought the card would be printed out (given the font and way they display it in their webpage), not handwritten. But even then, they don't have to understand a foreign language - all they had to do was replicate characters from a common western alphabet in the same order in which they were typed on their webpage.
